Matt & Allison had their amazing Sandy Toes Rose Island Wedding on a sunny summer day. Sandy Toes is a unique private Island get away. It is located on Rose Island. Rose Island is a small island about 3 miles east of New Providence. Sandy Toes offers 3 unique experiences or Rose Island: Full day Excisions, Overnight Stays and Private and Group events like weddings. I have shot several weddings at Sandy Toes and one of things I love most is the intimate out island atmosphere. You can stay in the city Nassau yet get a true out island experience with a short boat ride. The Turquoise water and white sandy beach makes a perfect backdrop for weddings.

This wedding had to be one of the most fun filled of the year. First of all Matt and Allison were joy to work with. They were both so laid back, relaxed and most importantly in love. They were simply magic together.

I started the day with preparation photos in one of the on island luxury Villas. With these accommodations you can stay overnight on the island. The Villas are on a hill overlooking the beach. The view is simply amazing. Matt got ready for the ceremony on one side of the villa. Allison got ready on the next. There was a really special moment when Matt when to Allison’s side to deliver a hand written note. As you can see we took special care to make sure they didn’t see each other.

The ceremony was held on the white sand beach. We then went into a fun filled photo session. Matt and Allison looked amazing together. They smiled they laughed and they enjoyed everyone moment on the beach.

From there we made our way up to the Sandy Toes Bar. The reception was held on an open air patio. This was a perfect way to enjoy the warm Summer night. From there everyone went to the dance floor for a night of fun, laughter and dancing.
