Annie and John’s amazing Compass Point Beach Resort Wedding was held on a wonderful summer afternoon. Compass Point Beach Resort is colorful resort on the northwest coast of the island of New Providence. It is a great place for a late afternoon weddings.
The wedding day started wonderfully with perfect weather. I went to Annie’s cottage and captured some awesome moments with her parents and friends. After capturing preparation photos of Annie. I was entrusted with the important job of making sure John received her letter prior to the ceremony. I have no idea what was in, but as you see from the photos it was ‘Top Secret’ and it did make John smile.
One reasons I like shooting Compass Point Beach Resort Weddings is the 120 foot pier. It is a pretty unique wedding venue.  The  ceremony took place on the pier.  Afterward captured photos of the couple and the family.
The reception was held on the open air deck  overlooking the ocean. Guests were treated to a beautiful Bahamian sunset and a fun evening of laughter and dancing. The highlight of the evening was the release of the Chinese lanterns.
